The COBRE Center in Protein Structure and Function (COBRE-PSF) conducts health-related basic research in protein structure and function and provides research support and mentoring to accelerate the career development of outstanding junior faculty researchers. It also maintains core laboratory facilities that are available to researchers statewide.  By better understanding the structure and function of proteins present in human cells, and the way they interact, our researchers work to develop new and improved drugs.

The Core Research Resource Labs maintained by the PSF include:

  • Biomolecular NMR
  • Protein Production
  • Protein Structure
